great location, but service issues persist

The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the city view from my room, made my mornings bright and refreshing. The spaciousness of the Double Room allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring. The reception staff provided me with helpful directions to local attractions.

Location near Termini Station presents concerns with vagrants around the hotel. Wi-Fi is unreliable, failing to work in the rooms, and the lack of basic amenities like a kettle for making coffee is disappointing. Another issue is that room photos online don't match real life. You might get a rundown space overall. The door locks are questionable, as I returned one night to find mine ajar, raising safety concerns.

Great Value in a Convenient Location

The charm of our room with its high beamed ceilings and nice furnishings added to our experience. One downside was the Wi-Fi only being available in the lobby, a bit inconvenient for us.
